About StacksGeek
Built by developers, for builders. We demystify the SaaS ecosystem through rigorous hands-on testing.
Who We Are
StacksGeek is an independent editorial site run by a small collective of software engineers, DevOps specialists, and automation consultants. We build, code, and deploy daily, which means we understand the exact friction points developers and startup founders face when choosing tools for their stacks.
Our Mission
The SaaS market is flooded with generic, superficial reviews written by freelance copywriters who have never opened the software's settings panel. Our mission is to disrupt this by providing E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness) reviews and tutorials.
Every software, host, or framework reviewed on this site has been installed, integrated, and stressed-tested in real-world scenarios on our local work machines (such as MacBook Pro M3 configurations) or test servers.
How We Support Ourselves
We believe in complete transparency. StacksGeek is supported by affiliate partnerships. When you click our links and purchase a tool, we may receive a small commission from the provider at no extra cost to you.
However, our reviews are strictly objective. If a tool has a bad database UI, high latency, or predatory pricing models, we will list it as a con. We recommend what we actually use in our agency work.
